My name is Rahul Kumar. I have completed my B. Tech. from IIT (BHU), Varanasi in 2018 and got placed in Vedanta Resources, where I worked for about half a year. I joined IIT Kharagpur as a PMRF Research Scholar in July 2019. I am interested in the field of mine planning and doing my research on long-term scheduling for open-pit mines under the guidance of Prof. Biswajit Samanta, who is specialized in mine planning and mine economics.
